Ticket Properties
Under Management >> Ticket Properties there are ticket attributes that you can define according to your business processes. These are:
- Status - mandatory
- Types
- Priorities
- Ticket Tags
- Custom Ticket Fields
You can find more detailed descriptions of the corresponding ticket properties and actions that can be performed on them in the relevant articles.
Make ticket properties available in multiple languages
It is possible to create names and descriptions of ticket properties in multiple languages. If both system languages and/or both or more support languages are activated, translations of names and descriptions of ticket properties can be added for these languages. In the overview lists of the individual properties (under Management >> Ticket Properties >> Corresponding Property) you can see in which language the respective property name is saved. Each activated language is available as a separate tab in the ticket properties.
Note: System texts such as menu fields and explanations as well as system messages are always displayed in the selected system language (German or English) only.
