User Profile Settings
Users can manage and configure their account settings by clicking the settings icon () on the top toolbar, then clicking User Profile.
You can enter and change the following account information as a user:

Name (First and Last)

Display Name: The display name is used in the ticket communication instead of the user's actual first/last name. If no display name is entered, the actual name (First and Last) is used for. The display name has the following functionalities:
- In text blocks, the display name can be inserted into notifications using the display name placeholder 'ticket.agent.displayname'.
- In outgoing e-mails, the recipients will see the display name as the sender if the use of display names is selected in the Notification template.

Signature: The entered signature can be inserted into notifications using text blocks with the placeholder 'ticket.agent.signature'.

Language: Select the language in which you would like to receive e-mail notifications. The languages available in the drop-down correspond to the support languages defined under System >> Languages. The prerequisite for the notification content to be displayed in the selected language is that the content has been translated into this language. You can find information on multilingual capabilities here.
Note: The notification sent by the system when the password is reset is only in German.
