User Interface Overview
The *user interface to which you are directed after logging in consists of the following areas:
Top Toolbar
Functionalities contained in the top toolbar:
Functionality | Description |

To show/hide the 'Left Menu Bar'. | |
To open the next unassigned 'new' ticket. The ticket is assigned to the logged in user and the status is set to 'In Progress' or rather to the status to which the usage of 'Ticket Assignment' is assigned. Conflicts during ticket processing can thus be avoided. | |
To manually create a ticket on behalf of a customer. | |
Switch to the ticket overview. | |
EN or DE | You can choose between English or German as the system language, provided both languages are activated. |
Selecting the display mode 'Light' or 'Dark'. | |
![]() | Access to your own user account (profile) and the logout function. |
Left Menu Bar
Using the menu items of the left menu bar, you will find the list of tickets in your helpdesk and the functions for configuring the helpdesk. Some menu items contain additional items. Clicking on a menu item takes you to the desired area, i.e. the overview page of the selected item opens. Existing data sets are listed and can be edited and it is possible to add new data sets.
Note: Menu items including their functions are visible to users depending on their assigned role/permission.

Workspace
The main area or the workspace of the user interface is to the right of the menu bar. What is displayed depends on the function you are currently carrying out, e.g. displaying data sets of a menu item such as ticket overview.
