Ticket Views

A View is a list of tickets categorized and displayed according to (a set of) filter conditions. Depending on the configuration of a view (in the menu item Management >> Ticket Views), a ticket view is available in the upper area of the ticket overview as a tab for selection and display.

SimpKo offers 4 predefined, but changeable views:

  • New Tickets - Shows all the tickets that have recently come into your helpdesk.
  • Assigned to Me - Shows all tickets assigned to the logged in user.
  • All Tickets - Shows all tickets in your helpdesk.
  • Spam - Tickets marked as Spam.
From the payment plan Advanced onwards, additional individual views can be created.

Ticket View Layouts

Tickets of a selected view can be listed in table or card form.

Table View
For the table view, the displayed columns can be adjusted and their order can be determined. For more information, see Display Fields of the ticket views.

Card View
The card view includes the following fields:
Ticket Number, Subject, Status, Created, Agent, Customer, Priority, Type, Group and Ticket Tags.
