Dashboard
After logging into your SimpKo instance, you will see the Dashboard.
The number of tickets per ticket status of the last 7 days, such as the number of new tickets in the 7-day period, is displayed here in real time. The overview includes all existing status values.
The graphical representation in the form of a bar chart shows the respective number of tickets per status per day within the 7-day period. Hovering over the data points in the graphic shows you the corresponding number of tickets. You can download the chart by clicking on the menu icon and selecting the desired file type.
Note: This is a real-time visualization of the status values. If the status of a ticket changes several times on the same day, this means that the last current status is always taken into account and displayed when calculating the number of tickets per status. If, for example, a ticket is set to the status 'In Progress' and then to the status 'Resolved' on the same day, this ticket is only included in the number for the 'In Progress' status until this ticket is set to the 'Resolved' status.
